Subject: RPAS User Group: nomination to RPAS User Group
and save the date
Dear Members of the EMSA Administrative Board,
EMSA will be organising a User Group for the EMSA Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) Services on
10 October.
This group aims to bring together Member State and Agency representatives (FRONTEX and EFCA) to
present the current and planned RPAS operations, to review the available RPAS capabilities, to share the
procedure for Member States or Agencies to request the EMSA RPAS service, and to gather lessons learned
and suggestions for the future.
We would kindly ask you to nominate one representative and one alternate that would need to be contacted to
be sent the official invitation to this meeting and similar future meetings of the User group. Please send your
responses by email or scanned letter to the following address:

At this stage, we would kindly ask you to inform the relevant persons internally of the date. A detailed agenda
will be sent out with the formal invitation letter.
