There is a civil case currently pending at Vilnius district court on copyright infringements and unfair competition.
Please inform us if You could carry out an examination and answer these questions:
1. Taking into account, that company “X” uses programming language PHP Laravel, and company “Y” uses other
programming language, is it possible to determine if parcel delivery platform, used by company “Y” until 2021-11-
18, was copied whole (the code of the platform) or in part from parcel delivery platform, created by company “X”?
If it is possible – please determine, if parcel delivery platform, used by company “Y” until 2021-11-18, was copied
whole or in part from parcel delivery platform, created by company “X”.
2. If parcel delivery platform was copied in part, please specify whether mentioned copied part is necessary for
the parcel delivery platform to operate?
If You could carry out such examination, please provide Your consent, preliminary price and a deadline for such
examination.
