Compatibility analysis show unacceptable interference possibility to the reception of co-channel or adjacent channel assignments Valmiera and Aluksne in border area. Reception of program in this area is the only option available there for the public. Additionally we took into account that with the addition of four new Viljandi assignments the total number of coordinated assignments in this town now is quite high and comparable to the frequency availability in such main transmitting stations like Parnu and Valmiera .
