General Radio Frequency Centre Federal State Unitary Enterprise Your Ref: 08.12.2020 No МС-2652 RUSSIAN FEDERATION Our Ref: 31.03.2021 No 17-6/2020/0708 [email protected] Geneva Agreement 1984 Dear Sir/Madam, The Estonian administration has no objections to the operation of the following VHF sound broadcasting stations: SANKT PETERBURG 88.4 MHz (MOD) on condition that ERP will be additionally restricted to 37.3 dBW (-9.7 dB) in sector 240º for protection of Estonian frequency assignment NARVA 88.3 MHz, SANKT PETERBURG 95.0 MHz (MOD) on condition that ERP will be additionally restricted to 41.0 dBW (-5.0 dB) in sector 230º for protection of Estonian frequency assignment VASKNARVA 95.1 MHz, SANKT PETERBURG 95.9 MHz (MOD), SANKT PETERBURG 103.4 MHz (MOD), SANKT PETERBURG 103.7 MHz (MOD) with other technical characteristics as indicated in your attachment file. We cannot agree to the following VHF sound broadcasting station: PECHORY PSK 94.3 MHz (ADD) Because the coverage area is mostly in the territory of the Republic of Estonia.
