Dear Sirs,
Having examined your letter (ref. 1) with requests for coordination of frequency assignments to VHF FM
stations of Estonia, we wish to inform you as follows.
1. We have no objection to coordination of the frequency assignments to the VHF FM stations:
VILJANDI 96.9 MHz (Adm id: RR9092, ADD);
VILJANDI 101.7 MHz (Adm id: RR9093, ADD);
VILJANDI 104.3 MHz (Adm id: RR9094, ADD);
VILJANDI 106.6 MHz (Adm id: RR9095, ADD)
with the technical characteristics notified.
2. Coordination of the frequency assignments listed in the table below is possible subject to ERP
reductions in certain azimuth directions as shown here below:
VILJANDI 87.8 MHz additional ERP reductions in the azimuth directions 50°–60° by 8.0 dB (to
Adm id: RR9087, ADD 22.0 dBW), 110°–120° by 0.5 dB (to 29.5 dBW),
due to the conditions of EMC with the VHF/FM stations KINGISEPP LEN
87.8 MHz (GE84 id: 107129803) and PSKOV 87.7 MHz (GE84 id:
112166335).
VILJANDI 91.4 MHz ERP reductions in the sector 100°–110° by 1.0 dB (to 32.0 dBW),
Adm id: RR9088, ADD due to the conditions of EMC with the VHF/FM station PSKOV 91.5 MHz
(GE84 id: 112166339).
VILJANDI 92.4 MHz ERP reductions in the azimuth directions 100° by 8.0 dB (to 22.0 dBW),
Adm id: RR9089, ADD 110°–120° by 9.0 dB (to 21.0 dBW),
due to the conditions of EMC with the VHF/FM station PSKOV 92.4 MHz
(part А GE84 id: 120261682).

VILJANDI 93.1 MHz ERP reductions in the azimuth directions 100° by 8.5 dB (to 21.5 dBW),
Adm id: RR9090, MOD* 110°–120° by 11.0 dB (to 19.0 dBW),
due to the conditions of EMC with the VHF/FM station PSKOV 93.1 MHz
(part А GE84 id: 120261684).
VILJANDI 96.0 MHz additional ERP reductions in the sector 50°–60° by 7.0 dB (to 20.0 dBW),
Adm id: RR9091, ADD due to the conditions of EMC with the VHF/FM station SLANTSY LEN 96.0
MHz (GE84 Id: 112035566).
* - In the course of our EMC calculations, the frequency assignment VILJANDI 93.1 MHz has been treated
as a modification of the frequency assignment VILJANDI 93.2 MHz (Adm id: RR795), which was
previously coordinated by the Russian Administration (ref. 2).
