POWER OF ATTORNEY
NAC Aviation 3 A/S, a company incorporated under the laws of Denmark, company number 25587774,
having its registered office at Stratusvej 12, 7190 Billund Principal , represented by
the duly authorised signatory Jette Hulgaard and Frank Pedersen acting pursuant to the applicable laws
and articles of association of the Principal.
Whereas the Principal is the owner of one (1) ATR 72-600 Aircraft bearing Manufacturer's Serial Number
1131 Aircraft ;
Whereas, the Principal and Nordic Aviation Group AS, a company incorporated under the Laws of
Estonia under registry code 12927848, whose address and principal place of business Lennujaama tee
13, Tallinn 11101, Estonia (hereinafter the "Lessee") entered into an aircraft lease agreement dated 5
February 2018 whereby the Principal leased the Aircraft to the Lessee Lease
Agreement and
Whereas, Lessee and Regional Jet OÜ, a company incorporated under the laws of Estonia, registry
code 12964950, whose address and principal place of business Lennujaama tee 13, Tallinn 11101,
Estonia Sub-Lessee , entered into an aircraft sub-lease agreement, whereby the
Lessee shall lease the Aircraft to the Sub-Lessee Sublease Agreement .
THE PRINCIPAL HEREBY AUTHORISES
(1) Siim Luhaorg , personal identification code 39308132014 and (2) Anton Önnik, personal identification
code 38803272722, (hereinafter each separately referred to as a Representative the
Representatives each to act separately and individually on behalf of the Principal, to execute and
effect all transactions and acts and separately sign and deliver all documents and deeds on behalf of
the Principal, in order to:
(i) apply to the Civil Aviation Authority of Estonia to procure and execute the deregistration of
the Aircraft on the Estonian national Civil Aircraft Register administered by the Civil Aviation
Authority of Estonia;
(ii) apply to the Estonian Technical Regulatory Authority (in Estonian: Tehnilise Järelevalve
Amet) for an aircraft station licence in respect of the radio stations on board the Aircraft;
(iii) sign, initial, execute and deliver to any authorities and persons any documents necessary
or advisable to carry and effect the transactions and procedures contemplated under this
Power of Attorney or connected with or arising from this Power of Attorney; and/or
(iv) do everything else that may be required or advisable to effect the transactions referred to
in sections 0 - (iii) of this Power of Attorney or related to the execution and delivery of the
above, contemplated under this Power of Attorney or connected with or proceeding from
this Power of Attorney.
For carrying out the aforesaid acts, each Representative is individually authorised, on behalf of the
Principal, to individually demand, receive and submit all necessary documents, copies, statements,
extracts and applications, for purposes described above and to do everything relating to this Power of
Attorney.
The power of attorney has been issued without the right to delegate the powers. The pow er of
attorney shall remain in full force and effect for a period of 180 days from the date hereof and
until such time it shall be irrevocable.

Transactions and acts made by the Representative on behalf of the Principal within the scope of the
authorisation shall establish, change or terminate civil rights and obligations directly to the Principal.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Principal has caused this Power of Attorney to be duly executed and
