SRDMG tasked the ECO to send a Circular Letter about updating EFIS for national implementation, with particular emphasis on 870 - 874.4 MHz and below 9 kHz. Therefore, the Office is sending out this Circular Letter to kindly encourage CEPT administrations to review and where necessary update the national implementation of ERC Recommendation 70-03. This can be carried out either,  using their own national log-in to EFIS for Recommendation 70-03 or  by providing a response to this request for national implementation information by 28 February 2021 for the attention of Ms Anne-Dorthe Hjelm Christensen, anne- [email protected] . SRDMG is particularly interested that national administrations review;  the Recommendation’s Annex 9(a0) and Annex 10(a0) for SRD operating in the 100 Hz to 9 kHz frequency band;  the national implementation of 870-874.4 MHz SRD covered by the Recommendation’s Annex 2(c2). In EU Member States this frequency band is the subject of decision (EU)2018/1538. The attachment to this letter contains a detailed analysis of National Implementation presented to the SRDMG. SRDMG recognises this information is indicative and may contain errors. Therefore, it is important that the correct information on national implementation is correctly recorded in EFIS.
