Dear Sir/Madam,
The Agency was recently informed by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communication of the
Republic of Estonia, that the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (NSA Estonia) has
been designated as the NSA acting as ECM Certification Body in accordance with the Regulation
2019/779 and by virtue of Article 14 of the Directive 2016/798. Therefore we would like to invite your
NSA to participate in the Cooperation of ECM Certification Bodies (CCB) organised and managed by the
Agency, in line with art.6.6 of the Regulation 2019/779.
With this email we would like to kindly ask you to nominate the NSA representative(s) for the CCB and
for submitting the issued certificates to ERADIS database.
Please provide us the name(s) and contact details (emails) of the nominated person(s), who will
cooperate with the Agency on the CCB matters and ECM certification issues.
