LETTER OF GUARANTEE
Riigi Tugiteenuste Keskus (State Shared Service Centre) guarantees the payment of the invoice
for the costs of conference room rent and catering at the Wellton Riverside SPA hotel on 12
September 2024 and accommodation costs of the staff of Joint Secretariat, based on the
earlier price offer and communication via email with Ms Inese Nikopensius and Ms Laura
Jessop.
