Dear Ms Christophidou,
Thank you for the letter on the Closure of the programme (Interreg V-A) Estonia-Latvia (CCI
2014TC16RFCB050) – Closure proposal, which we received on 26 July 2024.
The Managing Authority of the Estonia-Latvia programme has reviewed the proposed final
amounts and would like to confirm that the amounts proposed for closure by the European
Commission are acceptable to the programme.
The Managing Authority ensures that all supporting documents regarding expenditure supported
by the Funds on projects for which the total eligible expenditure is less than €1,000,000.00, will
be made available to the European Commission and the European Court of Auditors upon request
for a period of three years from 31 December following the submission of the accounts in which
the expenditure of the project was included. For all other projects, all supporting documents will
be made available for a two-year period from 31 December following the submission of the
accounts in which the final expenditure of the completed project was included.
