Teema: ENTraNCE for Judges 2022 – Applications Open!
To the Training Department of the Supreme Court of Estonia:
for the kind attention of Mrs Kerdi Raud
I am Niccolò Galli, Research Associate at the EUI Florence Competition Programme. It is my pleasure to inform you regarding ENTraNCE for Judges 2022<http://fcp.eui.eu/entrance-judges/>.
As a reminder, ENTraNCE for Judges is a training course on EU competition law enforcement addressed to national judges from Member States and co-financed by the Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission. Since 2011, more than 350 selected participants have gathered in Florence and online to deepen their knowledge and share their experiences on the subject.
The 12th edition of the training course focuses on the recent developments in the application of Article 101 TFEU including the ongoing revisions of its Block-Exemption Regulations.
To cope with pandemic-related travel predicaments, the organization adopts a hybrid format. In line with past editions, e-learning activities alternate with residential ones in Florence (i.e., 16-18 February 2022) and Luxembourg (28-29 September 2022 t.b.c.). However, all in-person events will also be accessible via Zoom for those selected participants who will not travel even last minute.
The ENTraNCE budget covers travel and accommodation costs for all selected participants, which this year can be up to 52.
Judges from Estonia are eligible to apply by 30 November 2021 following the instructions at the link below: https://rscas.eu/view-form/entrance-2022/ .
I would kindly ask you to spread the word and forward to Estonian judges this email and attached flyer.
Please do not hesitate to reach me with any request for information regarding ENTraNCE for Judges 2022 from the side of your institution or members.
Thank you for your time.
Best regards,
Niccolò Galli
