First, there are the personal details. In order to confirm your registration as panelist you need to fill in that part in full at your earliest convenience. As stated on the Data Privacy document, these details are required for security matters by the Presidency of Colombia and the Royal Household of Spain. The second part are your travelling and accommodation details, that should be updated by November 15 using your user ID (upon registering you will receive an email with your user/password for future update). This information is required by the Minister of Foreign Affairs in order to coordinate the security program, that will begin upon your arrival in Colombia. All panelists will have access to watch the event online. However, only those few who have stated their online participation will be contacted closer to the date of the event (around 1 week before) to coordinate your participation. Panels: There will be 13 different rooms that will host panels in parallel. Each panel will last 90 minutes. Your main speech is expected to last seven (7) minutes. Once all panelists have provided their speeches, there will be time for discussion and Q&A session with participants. There will be simultaneous interpretation English-Spanish available throughout the entire event. You may provide your speech in either language. 8.
