A Conference with ECHR Judges and National Judges applying the same seminar format and an evening keynote speech by a distinguished guest will take place on September l-Oth in the European Court of Human Rights. Please find attached an invitation card, a registration form, an explanatory note and the programme of the seminar. A practical information guide with sanitary rules to be respected at your arrival at the Human Rights Building in Strasbourg will be sent to you at the end of August/beginning of September. The evening keynote speeches will be delivered by President Spano and President de Groot, of the Supreme Court of the Netherlands. Please note that this invitation is personal and non-transferable. Unfortunately, there will not be room for interpreters to accompany the visiting judges. The Conference will be recorded and broadcasted later on our website as usual. There will exceptionally be no lunch nor evening reception provided by the Court on that day. We all hope that the Opening of the Judicial Year in January 2022 will take place in the usual way.
