Please find attached a request of information from Mr. Aigars Strupišs, President of the Supreme Court of Latvia, addressed to your attention. This request of information concerns civil liability for the harm caused by the collapse of a building and is related to a series of cases currently handled by the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court of Latvia would be very grateful if answers could be provided before 10 September 2021.

Nous vous prions de bien vouloir trouver ci-joint une demande d'information de M. Aigars Strupišs, président de la Cour suprême de Lettonie, adressée à votre attention. Cette demande d'information concerne la responsabilité civile pour les dommages causés par l'effondrement d'un bâtiment et est liée à une série d'affaires actuellement traitées par la Cour suprême. La Cour suprême de Lettonie serait très reconnaissante si les réponses pouvaient être fournies avant le 10 septembre 2021.
