Soovime saada konsultatsioni seoses omavahendite aruandega.
Nimelt, krüptoettevõtte osutab teenust ”deposiit koos vahetustehinguga”, mille käigus VASP -i kliendi
tarnija maksab krüptovaluutas VASP-i kontole ning VASP-i klient saab raha FIAT-des. VASP hindab, et
tegemist on ühe tehinguga ning vahetustehingut ei toimu. Juhendi järgi ning meie arusaamise järgi
vahetustehing ikkagi toimub ning seda mahtu peaks arvestama tehingute kohumahus ning
omavahendite kriteeriumite arvestamisel. Palume abi.
