Having examined your letter (ref.), we wish to inform you that the digital frequency assignments to
the Estonian stations:

can be coordinated with the technical characteristics as notified in your letter (ref.).
Based on the conditions of EMC with the digital frequency allotments VYBORG 34 Ch (GE06 Id:
117028999) and SANKT-PETERBURG 34 Ch (GE06 Id: 106532330) of the Russian Federation,
the frequency assignment TALLINN TELETORN 34 Ch can be coordinated subject to additional
reductions of ERP by 7.4 dB (to 20.0 dB) in the 50º azimuth direction, by 5.9 dB (to 21.1 dB) in the
60º azimuth direction and by 2.2 dB (to 10.0 dB) in the 70º azimuth direction.
