№ МС-2843 "18" December 2020

Subject: Coordination of frequency assignments to VHF/FM stations
References: 1. BR IFIC (Terrestrial Services) No. 2935/ 08.12.2020.
2. No. МС-2200 of 19.10.2020.
Dear Sirs,
We are raising an objection to having the frequency assignments to the Estonian VHF FM stations
VORU 95.7 MHz (BR Id: 120258471);
TARTU 97.2 MHz (BR Id: 120258473),
as published in Part A, GE84/295 of the BR IFIC referenced above, included in the GE84 Plan with the
remark “Coordination Completed with the Russian Administration”.
We are raising the objection because the subject stations’ technical parameters as published are different
from those coordinated with the Russian Administration (ref. 2):
the station VORU 95.7 MHz has been published without its ERP reduced by 9 dB in the azimuth of 110
degrees; and
the station TARTU 97.2 MHz has been published without its ERP reduced by 7 dB in the sector of 50
degrees to 80 degrees.
Sincerely yours,
Andrey Katkov
