The link will be active as of 8.30 A.M. on Friday - it is strongly recommended that you connect at least 10 minutes before the beginning of the Forum, to avoid any technical problems. When you Register in KUDO, please complete the fields « Display Name » as follows: First name, Last name, Job title (optional) and the court that you are representing. Please note that the information you enter at this stage will be displayed on screen when you will take the floor / use the chat. 2. to select the language of the webinar, use the language button – FLOOR (the language channel set by default) – at the bottom left of the screen. Please also read carefully the instructions below and/or the enclosed user guide. Important: - If you use a computer/laptop, use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser (Kudo does not work with Safari, Internet Explorer, Edge) / Plug in your laptop; - If you use a smartphone or a tablet, please download KUDO-live App and use the ID - Ensure that you have a good internet connection and, if possible, that no-one is using your network for gaming or streaming during the meeting; if you are using WIFI, sit as close as possible to your router box - Switch off any other applications, Outlook, notifications etc / Put your telephone in silent mode; - Use headphones or, if possible, a headset with microphone; - When messaging, use the Participants tab to send a message to all participants; use the Private tab to see who is present and/or to send a private message to another participant. Only use the Operators tab if you wish to contact a technician. - If the screen freezes during the meeting, press F5 to refresh the page or leave the session and return again. - You can activate your microphone and your camera only when your request is accepted by your moderator. Firstly you have to send a request by clicking on the button “Request to speak”. When your request is accepted you can activate your microphone and your camera. Not before. Before connecting to your meeting, please perform a connectivity test. This will enable you to check the quality of your connection, audio and video.
