Dear President Kõve,
I will retire on r July 2o2t. This date also marks the end of my seven-year term of office as
the President of the Federal Administrative Court. There will be no official event at which I
could say goodbye ''in person'' due to the Coüd-r9 pandemic. All that remains is for me to
hereby thank you for your good cooperation, which was always open and constructive. I
would like to ask you to meet the Federal Administrative Court and its members with the
same kindness and openness in the future that the Court and I myself have been able to
experience over the past years.
