It would be an honour and a privilege to address our Colleagues on this very important occasion. Regrettably, I have many prior professional arangements before the holidays that could not be rearranged. Consequently, I am unable to prepare and record a speech on the suggested topic. I express my sincere regrets for not being able to contribute.
