In the administrative session held on Monday, t7 May 2o2l^' üe Judges of the
Consütuüonal Court of the Republic of Kosovo, pursuant to Article 114, paragraph 5, of
the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, elected as the new President of the
Consütuüonal Court, Judge Gresa Caka-Nimani.
Judge Caka-Nimani will commence exercising üe duty of the President of üe
Constituüonal Court of Kosovo on 26 June zozt, after the mandate of üe current
President of the Court, Mrs. Arta Rama-Hajrizi, will expire.
