Dear colleagues,
On 18 March 2021, we sent you via our e-mail communication a letter of Mr. Pavel Rychetský, President of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic, addressed to the President/Chief Justice of your esteemed Court. There were several electronic documents attached to the letter, namely Resolutions of the Circle of Presidents that took place on 24 February 2021, Minutes of the meeting of the Circle of Presidents and Final Statement of Accounts.
I would like to inform you that this week, all these materials in print (plus the General Report and the Publication about the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic) have been already sent to the President/Chief Justice of your honourable Court by standard postal services. The parcel contains few other items your Court would have been presented with if we had had a chance to welcome you to Prague in person, which was, regrettably, not possible.
Among others, the package includes a flash disc containing an electronic exhibition introducing the member courts of the CECC. The exhibitions is meant to commemorate one hundred anniversary of the constitutional judiciary in Europe.
You will find all panels (in pdf.) in very high resolution saved to the USB flash disk. The panels in preview quality has been uploaded to our CECC website as well (https://www.cecc2017-2020.org/gallery/xviiith-congress-2021-cecc-exhibition/).
On behalf of the whole CECC Team, I would like to give you our profound thanks for your cooperation during the preparation of the exhibition. Of course, we would prefer to organize a proper exhibition in loco, nonetheless we believe that the on-line (electronic) form is nice and respectable solution. We very much appreciate the effort you put into providing us with all the materials needed. Thank you again and enjoy browsing through the panels ☺.
As you surely now, the presidency of the Conference of European Constitutional Courts has been handed over to the esteemed Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova. I avail myself of this opportunity to introduce to you my counterpart and dear colleague Mrs. Elena Gorodișteanu, Head of External Relations Department of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova.
