Based o n the delegated power, which is described in the EQUASS internal procedures and approved by the International EQUASS Awarding Committee, the services (within the scope of the applicat ion) of Elva Perekodu (Reference Number EST2013- 22) will be cert ifie d w ith EQUASS Assurance in Social Services. According the agr eed communication procedure, I kindly ask you to disseminate the decision to cer tify the services (within the scope of the application) of Elv a Perekodu (Refe rence N um ber EST20 13-22) with EQUASS Assurance in Social Services. I do not know what has happened I kindly ask you to contact Marie Dubost to investigatethe problem which caused the corrupt file. (so she may take some corrective actions) 2. I noticed that some of the Estonian auditors have a different interpretation of section 4 of the audit report. Some of them used this section to sum up the suggestions for improvement. It would be good to pay some extra attention to the guidelines of writing an audit report at the next auditor calibration session in Estonia. There Excel file is a bit strange- the auditor said that although she marked all the indicators as „yes“ the file doesn’t show FC for all the criteria ( no 15-18-27-31-32) Please review the documents and let me know in case of any additional comments needed.
