N o t e : I n t h e s e c t i o n ‚ Ad d i t i o n a l d e ve l o p me n t s / i mprovement for the next 2 year’ is it not needed to
list all recommendations for improvement. The idea behind this sec tion is that the auditor will have
discussion with the CEO / Quality manager and agreed on some specif issues they will work on for the
up-coming years. (Minimum 2 issues / topic) These topic should identified, defined and stated in this
section. (SM AR T Objectives, persons responsible and deadline (ti me frame).
The suggestions for i mprovement as feedback on the performance on the EQU ASS criteria, can be
listed in the closing remarks (see guidelines for writing the auditor report).
