I have reviewed the audit report of MTÜ Ühiselt (Reference number: EE2013-09). Some information is missing: number of clients. The report
also is presented with keep-track-of-changes so I think this may be a ‚draft-version’ or a version ‚in-process’.
Although I have the impression that the services of MTÜ Ühiselt (Reference number: EE2013-09) will meet the EQUASS
assurance certification requirements, the suggestions for improvements may be in conflict of the current performance in meeting the EQUASS
criteria. In other word: some feedback may give the impression to the reader that the social service provider does not meet the criteria (because
it is recommend to improve) while the statement says that the service provider meets the criterion. (I.e. Criteria 22:Th e s o c i a l s e r v i c e
