Saatja: Guus van Beek <[email protected]> Saaja: Keiu Talve, Mari Rull Teema: Invitation to participate / contribute in the EQUASS learning group on KPIs Dear Keiu, Herewith I officaly invite to participate in the EQUASS learning group on KPIs. I highly appreciate your input and contribution to the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the EQUASS Excellence system. The invitation is based on your expertise in understanding the EQUASS excellence system, your experiences in auditing and consultation and your contributions in the past to the develop indicators of the EQUASS system. Enclosed you will find a document which briefly describes the rational of the initiative. As you already indicated by phone that you are willing to participate in this learning group and your organization will allow you to contribute, I would prefer to receive a conformation of yourself and/or your CEO. The attached document could be the basis for the internal discussion. Expected investment The expected investment would be 4 international meetings of 1,5 day (6 working days) in a period of 18 months. Additional to this you may be asked to contribute and to review the identified KPIs (approx. 9 working days in 18 month). Please be aware that cost for travel and hotel accommodation will be on the account of your organization. We will plan and link the international meeting as much as possible to other international / project meetings so additional costs of travel will be limited and/or avoided. Kick-off meeting I expect that the BOD of EPR will approve the initiative at its meeting d.d. 2 may 2013. Therefore I propose to have a kick-off meeting at 10 June 2013 before the EPR annual conference (time 09.30 – 12.00). In this meeting you will be informed about the expected outcomes of this working group, the way of working (methodology) which will be applied and the planning of the international meetings. I kindly aks to to confirm your interest and your participation in this initiative as soon as possible and I am looking forward to see you at the Kick-Off meeting at the EPR Annual Conference.
