In this regard, I invite Member States to coordinate with all relevant parties, including national archives, libraries and museums, to take advantage of this important opportunity to showcase the documentary heritage of your country. Our shared goal should be to make the most of the possibilities this cycle offers, in terms of increasing visibility, fundraising and partnerships. Nominations can be submitted by National Commissions for UNESCO or the relevant government body in charge of relations with UNESCO, either via an online platform established for that purpose (a user guide for the platform is enclosed), or by returning the nomination form by email or in hard copy.
