for the procurement of ground power units for the existing passenger boarding bridges and kindly request to provide us with the following documents:
a. Offers from the competitors OÜ ElectroAir (11309002) and Tallinna Elektrotehnika Tehas "Estel" AS (10668696), as the amount of € 216,480.00 stated in your letter is not comprehensible.
b. Evidence from competitors OÜ ElectroAir (11309002) and Tallinna Elektrotehnika Tehas "Estel" AS (10668696) demonstrating the required efficiency values under Section 3.7 (coefficient of efficiency of at least 95% at maximum load)
c. Evidence demonstrating the most economically advantageous offer in the tender documents of competitors OÜ ElectroAir (11309002) and Tallinna Elektrotehnika Tehas "Estel" AS (10668696), particularly taking into account the efficiency values required under Section 3.7 - – pls also refer to your answer as per below screen shot
d. Evidence of the competitors OÜ ElectroAir (11309002) and Tallinna Elektrotehnika Tehas "Estel" AS (10668696), demonstrating the required references.
