Draft AGREEMENT beeen of CUlture of the Republic of Azerbaijan. and the Ministry of Culture of Republic of the Republic Estonla on cooperation in the field of culture The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Culture of the Republlc-ofEsthnla hereinafter referred to as the “Parties”, Wishin9 to further develop and strengthen the friendly relationship already existing between the two countries Considering:th& importance of the role of intercultural dialogue in bilateral relations, and in order to develop the cooperation in the field of culture, have agreed as follows: Article I The Parties shall exOhange experience and information on cultural policies within their competences and according to the national legislation of their states Article 2 The Parties shall support cooperation between their cultural institutions, and for this purpose they shall consider the possibility of concluding agreements between museums, libraries, theatres and other cultural organizations.in both countries. Article 3 The Parties may organize joint scientific forums, symposiums and conferences in the field o.f.culture and cultural heritage in the framework of cooper2ation between two covntnes Article 4 .Jhé Parties shall. cooperate and exchange experience in the fields of protection of cultural heritage, as Well as restoration, conservation, inventory, digital archiving. creation of electronic register of immovable cultural heritage monuments, conducting of archaeological researches. Article 5 Thi Parties shall encourage the exchange of museum exhibitions, expositions of contemporary art, specialists including in the field of restoration work, as well as information on new: museum technologies and the preservation of cultural values.  _______ ____________ Article 6 The Parties shall encourage cooperation in the field of cinematography. Article 9 The* Parties shälisetfle the disputes related with divergence of interpretation or • appiiàation: of thE articles: of this Agreement by means of negotiations and • consultations; Article 10 Any additions and amendments may be made to this Agreement by mutual written consent of th PartiEs. Such additions and amendments shall be made in a form of separate Riotocols being an integral part of this Agreement and shall enter into force in acc6rUancewith the provisions of Article 11 of this Agreement Article 11 This Agreement is concluded for a period of five years and shall enter into force on the date of receiving by the Parties of the last wrftten notification through diplomatic • channels concerning the completion of internal procedures required for the entrs’ into forcç of this Agreement V This Agreement shalt be prolonged for the next five years periods unless either of the Parties at least six months prior to the expiration of this Agreement notifies in a written form., through iplornatic channels the other Party on its intention to terminate this :Agreement; Done at on 202_ in two original copies each in the kettjani ‘Etoiàh andEnglish languages, alt texts being equally authentic.
