We have noted a clear upsurge in inter-baltic cooperation in recent years and I hope the Baltic Culture Fund has considerably helped to facilitate it. The Ministry of Culture holds the internationisation of culture in very high regard and we attach great importance to the cooperation of the Baltic States in different areas of culture. The principles of support of the Baltic Culture Fund will be reviewed by the ministries of culture of the three Baltic States by 2025, when Latvia will hand over the coordination of the Fund to Lithuania, and in this connection a thorough analysis of the work of the Fund will be carried out.
