The Chair of the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 2140
(2014) presents his compliments to the Permanent Representatives of Member States and to the
Permanent Observers of Non-Member States to the United Nations and wishes to convey the
following:
On 23 April 2018, the Committee enacted the amendments specified with underline in
the entry below on its list of individuals subject to the assets freeze, travel ban and targeted arms
embargo, set out in paragraphs 11 and 15 of Security Council resolution 2140 (2014), as extended
by paragraph 2 of resolution 2402 (2018), and in paragraph 14 of resolution 2216 (2015), adopted
under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations:

1. �RO Julgeolekun�ukogu Liib�a sanktsiooninimekirja kantud andmed �he �ksuse kohta
aegusid 18. aprillil. Alusel NADINE ei ole enam keelatud laadida, transportida v�i lossida
Liib�ast p�rit toornaftat ja siseneda liidu territooriumil asuvatesse sadamatesse. T�psem info
lisatud manuses.
Eestis rakendati piiranguid EL N�ukogu otsuse (�VJP) 2015/1333 ja EL N�ukogu m��ruse (EL) nr
2016/44 alusel.
2. �RO Julgeolekun�ukogu Jeemeni sanktsioonikomitee otsustas 23. aprillil ajakohastada
andmeid �he sanktsiooninimekirja kantud isiku kohta. Isik ALI ABDULLAH SALEH on
teadaolevalt surnud. Tema suhtes tuli kohaldada reisipiirangut ning rahaliste vahendite ja
majandusressursside k�lmutamise kohustust ning k�ttesaadavaks tegemise keeldu.
Eestis rakendatakse piiranguid riigisisese �iguse (reisipiirang) ning EL N�ukogu m��ruse (EL)
1352/2014 (finantssanktsioon) alusel. T�psem info lisatud manuses.

(2011) concerning Libya presents his compliments to the Permanent Representatives of Member
States and to the Permanent Observers of Non-Member States to the United Nations and wishes to
convey the following:
On 18 April 2018, the following entry on the Committee’s List of individuals and entities
subject to the assets freeze, travel ban and other measures relating to attempts to illicitly export
petroleum, including crude oil and refined petroleum products, from Libya (the Libya Sanctions
List) expired:

paragraphs 10 (a) and 10 (b) of resolution 2146 (2014), as extended and modified by paragraph 2
of resolution 2362 (2017) (prohibition to load, transport or discharge; prohibition to enter ports).
Pursuant to paragraph 11 of resolution 2146, this designation was renewed by the Committee on
18 January 2018 and is valid until 17 April 2018, unless terminated earlier by the Committee
pursuant to paragraph 12 of resolution 2146. Flag State: Palau. As of 19 January 2018, the vessel
was located near the coast of Muscat, Oman, outside its territorial waters.
The vessel Nadine is therefore no longer subject to the measures contained in paragraphs
10(a) and 10(b) of resolution 2146 (2014), as extended and modified by paragraph 2 of resolution
2362 (2017) (prohibition to load, transport or discharge; prohibition to enter ports).
