Our Ref.: G/GA2018/18-101 Dear National Member, Article 3.2.3 of the IALA General Regulations requires that National members “…communicate in writing to the Secretary-General the names of the persons composing its delegation to the General Assembly, indicating which of these is to be regarded as its principal delegate. This communication should be signed by, or on behalf of, the National member and will be regarded as appropriate credentials for the participation of the named individuals in all activities of the General Assembly.” The next General Assembly will see this rule implemented for the first time and to ease the process the Secretariat developed the attached form, which has also been uploaded to http://www.iala- aism.org/meetings/general-assembly-13/. You are kindly invited to fill in this form, return it by e-mail to [email protected] and bring one copy with you to the General Assembly. Cette communication doit être signée par le membre national et sera considérée comme accréditation pour tous les individus nommés à participer à toutes les activités de l’Assemblée générale.
