If a foreign ship is registered in the Estonian Register of Bareboat Chartered Ships, can it be subject to registration of mortgages in Estonia? I assume that the answer is ‘no’ but I cannot find it expressed in neither the Law of maritime Property Act (Laeva asjaõigusseadus) nor in the Law of Ship Flag and Ship Registers Act (Laeva lipuõiguse ja laevaregistrite seadus).
