Submission Deadline  Please submit your quotation by 31.03.2026 to [email protected] The winner of the bid must guarantee the training participants a place in the training in writing via e-mail. The tenderer undertakes to submit an invoice to the contracting authority after the service has been provided (Police and Border Guard Board, Pärnu mnt 139, Tallinn and contact person Janne Laus). The contracting authority shall pay the invoice within 21 calendar days of receipt of the correct invoice.
