SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
TrueNoord Aheru Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Ireland (the “Principal"), with
registered office at No.1 Grants Row, Lower Mount Street, Dublin 2, Ireland, and Regional Jet OÜ dba
Xfly, a company incorporated under the laws of Estonia under registration number 12964950, having its
registered office at Lennujaama tee 13, Lasnamäe District, Tallinn, Harju County, 11101, Estonia, have
entered into the Aircraft Lease Agreement dated 21 April 2017 between the Principal as lessor and
Regional Jet OÜ as lessee, as amended from time to time, (the "Lease") relating to one ATR72-600
aircraft bearing MSN 1038 with two (2) PW127M engines bearing MSNs ED0608 and ED0610 (the
"Aircraft").
THE PRINCIPAL HEREBY AUTHORISES:
1. Rebeka Tsäro, personal identification code 49107176016, residing in Veerenni 19-10, Tallinn,
Estonia; and
2. Aleksei Kulakovski, personal identification code 37312060278, residing in läänemere tee 70-90,
Tallinn, Estonia,
(hereinafter separately referred to as the “Representative” and together as the “Representatives”),
each to act separately and individually on behalf of the Principal to execute and effect all transactions
and acts and separately sign and deliver all documents and deeds on behalf of the Principal in order to:
(a) apply to the Estonian Technical Regulatory Authority (in Estonian: Tehnilise Järelevalve
Amet) for an radio station license in respect of the radio equipment installed on the Aircraft;
and/or
(b) do everything else that may be required or advisable to effect the transaction referred to in
section (a) of this Power of Attorney or related to the execution and delivery of the above,
contemplated under this Power of Attorney or connected with or proceeding from this Power
of Attorney.
For carrying out the aforesaid acts each Representative is individually authorised on behalf of the
Principal, to individually demand, receive and submit all necessary documents, copies, statements,
extracts and applications, for purposes described above and to do everything relating to this Power of
Attorney,
This Power of Attorney has been issued without the right to delegate the powers. The Power of Attorney
will expire until the earlier of the termination of the Lease or on 13 September 2020.
Transactions and acts made by the Representative on behalf of the Principal within the scope of the
authorisation shall establish, change or terminate civil rights and obligations directly to the Principal.
This Power of Attorney shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and
Wales.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, TRUENOORD AHERU LIMITED has caused this Power of Attorney to be
