PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA
Toiur. Villu K6ve
Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of
the Republic of Estonia
Deor Chief Jus ,
I cordially congratulate you on the occasion of Estonia's Independence Day.
The Constitutional Court of Armenia highly values the continuous enhancement of
the friendly relations and the constructive dialogue with the Supreme Court of Estonia on
the bilateral level as well as in the framework of the Conference of the European
Constitutional Courts. Being territorially small countries, Armenia and Estonia have a lot
in common and there is great, yet unexercised potential for the cooperation, particularly
in the spheres of exchange of innovative experiences, information technologies, research-
analytics and a number of other fields. I am hopeful that through the joint efforts we will
be able to add a new impetus to the mutually beneficial cooperation between our courts.
I wish you good health and all the best in your endeavors', as well as pro ress and
peace - to the friendly people of Estonia.
Sincerely, ARMAN DILANYAN
