There are two adjustments: -Mr. Didier Ribes, Vice-President of the Supreme Court of Monaco, confirmed his participation. Hence, his name has been included in the list. -The second change concerns the name of office of Mrs. Irina Khakhutaishvili, who is Head of International Relations Department of the Constitutional Court of Georgia. Also attached to this e-mail we are sending you the Participant´s Handbook (Guide to the on-line meeting of the Circle of Presidents and streaming of the XVIII Congress of CECC). We are sure you know all the information summarized in the Handbook, since the preliminary connection tests have been very successful and they have been already executed with almost all of the participating Courts.
