The Amendment included the following provision: 1. Clause 1.3 of the Procurement Contract was amended as follows: “The term of the Contract shall be 30th of April 2024.” In connection with the fact that the term of the concluded Procurement contract has expired, please inform us about your position regarding the upcoming winter season of 2024-2025 - whether the Contracting Authority plans to continue cooperation with our company as the term of the Framework agreement 22.02.2023 No 2-2/23/136-1 is 48 months from the entry into force.
