Invitation to Attend
Military Simulation Training Summit 2026
February 24-25, 2026, Celeste Hotel, Orlando
1. As the Senior Military & Government Liaison at the Institute for Defense and Government
Advancement (IDGA), I am delighted to extend a formal invitation for your organization to join
our Military Simulation Training Summit, which will take place at The Celeste Hotel,
Orlando, Florida on February 24th – 25th, 2026.
2. Focusing on the modernization and transformation of military training capabilities, this summit
will explore the full spectrum of simulation and synthetic environments, including Live, Virtual,
and Constructive (LVC) integration, AI-driven training systems, wargaming, and medical
simulation advancements. Key topics will include the role of simulation in preparing for multi-
domain operations, the integration of emerging technologies such as AI and VR/AR, and the
strategic shift toward interoperability, readiness, and cost-effective modernization. The event will
also highlight efforts to accelerate acquisition and field next-generation training systems through
digital engineering, agile testing, and real-time data sharing.
3. This summit is essential for military personnel involved in training operations, capability
development, and modernization planning. With the increasing complexity of global threats and
evolving operational environments, staying ahead of advancements in simulation and synthetic
training is critical. The event offers a unique platform for knowledge exchange, enabling
participants to engage with 200+ senior leaders from the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force,
NATO, allied forces, and leading defense industry partners. Attendees will gain valuable insights
into operational requirements, training priorities, and future capability gaps, while exploring
innovative solutions to enhance lethality, survivability, and readiness.
4. We would like to extend an invitation for the Estonian Navy to send a delegation of 10 officers to
the conference on a complimentary basis. Ideally, these would be senior operational leaders, heads
of training and simulation programs, capability developers, and strategic planners responsible for
advancing synthetic environments, LVC integration, and emerging technologies such as AI and
VR/AR to enhance readiness and interoperability across multi-domain operations.
5. There is no registration fee required for Active Military & Government personnel to attend the
full two-day summit, giving you access to all the networking and speaker sessions. Please do not
hesitate to contact Jamal Busari via email at
[email protected] or via telephone on +1 226
704 3309 to coordinate your delegation. For our planning purposes, it would be much appreciated
if your staff could indicate your intent to participate/initial delegation by 27th January 2026.
Sincerely,
Jamal Busari
