FINAL CONFERENCE
CHARLOTTEHAVEN, COPENHAGEN
APRIL 5-6, 2018
EfficienSea2 has created innovative solutions for efficient, safe and sustainable traffic at sea by improving digital connectivity at sea. Maritime Connectivity Platform (MCP)
is the world’s first open-source communication framework that enables efficient, secure and reliable information exchange in and around the maritime sector.
It has the potential to connect all maritime stakeholders and users with relevant maritime information services and applications of all kinds across different platforms.
The project has identified, developed, matured, tested and started standardisation of a wide range of services serving the needs of both mariners, ship owners,
manufacturers and authorities. After the project the digital services will be available on different web-based platforms and on maritime equipment.
