She advised to contact you. My company Personnel Services is active in Estonia for more then 10 years as crewing agent and we are MLC certified (Bureau Veritas). Now Estonia has ratified and is handling the MLC certification them self i understand. Last news i got is that ti.ee is responsible but supervision is from VTA. Can you assist in the matter, we are renewing our certificate end of april. And it is very important for us offcourse. Till now nothing is confirmed or clear at the moment. Many thanks in advance.
