Hello sir
I have bought crypto a couple of yrs ago, and used the platform crex24. (they started in 2017) so
I was one of their first customers.
at the time I was able to trade without any validation, which worked fine for me.
I havent been on the side for a while and now I wanted to trade my coins. But suddenly they
require validation. I have done this before on other platforms which has never been an
issue, and have sent them driving license, selfie, powerbill to check my address, and tv bill to
check address again.
All this I have sent but my information was declined. Some bs abt printscreen and so on. So I
sent the information again. Waited for a day, still declined.
I dont know what to send those guys anymore. Emails are answered but not fully. I asked for
their telnr, and address. I dont get even an answer to that question
overhere in Holland everything is transparent. and addresses, telephone nrs and sometimes even
employees with photo are mandatory overhere.
So my question is,
Can you ask crex24 not to be so hash on data. All my data is correct and can be checked, as you
can see in my logo below. Even chamber of commerce is noted there. -> my mainpoint here is
that I finallty get validated and will be able to finally get trading.
I like to receive their telnr and address. to discuss more easily if something is not clear. Till now
they refuse this.
Remember that if I send my ID, this can be used for fraudulent activities. Either by hacking or
maybe even be an employee from Crex24.
And hacking is possible. Even big companies has experienced this, as you will know.
