Pöördun päringuga, kas kliendi kavandatav tegevus vajab Rahapesu Andmebüroo tegevusluba.
Täpsuse huvides esitan tegevuse kirjelduse inglise keeles:
The Company intends to operate an online digital application CO2IN. CO2IN is a virtual tool that enables
companies and individuals alike to fight climate change. Via CO2IN’s mobile app, anyone can buy and
trade the emission allowances https://co2in.com/. The Company will hold a trading account.
The users will be only permitted to pay for the Coins with "fiat" money and the value of 100 Coins on the
Coin Ledger will be equal to the specified spot market price of one European Union Allowance under the
EU ETS (the "EUA"). In relation to the EUAs, the Company will hold a trading account in the EU's Union
Registry. The Account will be held in the name of the Company as a joint account to hold the EUAs. The
Company itself will not engage in proprietary or on account trading for its users.
At the time of purchase of the Coin, on the next trading day at the latest, the Company will, on a back-to-
back basis, automatically request one of its partner banks to purchase the corresponding amount of EUAs
and then the Company will confirm, in the case of purchase of 100 Coins, the acquisition of one
corresponding EUA held.
