to WELMEC e.V.
according to § 16 Transitional Arrangement of the WELMEC Byelaws
in their version as of 24 October 2019
‘All existing WELMEC Members who signed the WELMEC Memorandum of Understanding
and fulfil the conditions of §4 (1) may join the new association WELMEC e. V. within two years
of incorporation. They become automatically member of WELMEC e.V. after written notification
to the Chairperson, without prior decision of the WELMEC Committee (§11 (4h) ).’

After becoming familiar with the Byelaws of WELMEC e.V. we hereby declare our membership
in the association.
We declare to agree to and comply with the terms and conditions of the Byelaws of WELMEC
e.V. in their valid version.
We declare to support the purpose of WELMEC e.V. and to comply with rights and duties of
WELMEC members.

Nomination of Delegate and Alternate
to WELMEC e.V.
according to § 4 Members of the WELMEC Byelaws

(4) Each Member will nominate a permanent representative (Delegate) and an Alternate to
the Delegate. The registered Delegate shall represent the Member of that state in the
WELMEC Committee. The Delegate has to be authorised by the member organisation to take
actions and make the statements necessary for the execution of membership.
Herewith, Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority nominates the following
persons as WELMEC Delegate and/or Alternate.
Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority ensures that the nominee has
adequate rights and power in order to represent the organisation in the WELMEC bodies. The
nominee is authorised to be elected, to take actions and make the statements necessary for
the execution of membership.
