Dear Mr. Montor,
Thank you for you enquiry!
Information about regulation and annex for wideband communication systems are only available in Estonian:
Raadiosageduste kasutamise tingimused ja tehnilised nõuded sagedusloast vabastatud raadioseadmetele
Lisa 6 table see table 6.1 for 2.4 GHz and table 6.2 for 5 GHz systems.
2.4 GHz
Frequencies 2400-2483,5 MHz
e.i.r.p. 100 mW and power spectral density 100 mW/100 kHz e.i.r.p. if frequency hopping is used and 10 mW/MHz
e.i.r.p. otherwise can be used.
Equipment should avoid harmful interference using measures described in 2014/53/EU or at least as effective.

5 GHz
Frequencies Tx/Rx 5150 MHz – 5350 MHz (indoors only), Tx/Rx 5470 MHz – 5725 MHz
Carrier frequencies: 5180, 5200, 5220, 5240, 5260, 5280, 5300, 5320, 5500, 5520, 5540, 5560, 5580, 5600, 5620,
5640, 5660, 5680, 5700
At frequencies 5150 MHz – 5350 MHz e.i.r.p 200 mW and power spectral density 10 mW/MHz e.i.r.p.
At frequencies 5470 MHz – 5725 MHz e.i.r.p 1 W and power spectral density 50 mW/MHz e.i.r.p can be used.
When using frequencies 5250 MHz – 5350 MHz and 5470 MHz –5725 MHz equipment:
1. Must use automatic power control (reducing power at least 3 dB)
2. Reduce max average e.i.r.p. and power spectral density 3 dB or
3. Use radio interference reduction methods described in ITU-R recommendation M.1652 annex 1
It is not allowed to cause interference to meteorological radars operating between 5600 MHz and 5650 MHz.

Subject: WLAN general requirements
Dear Sir,
I hope this message finds you well.
We are working on a big regulatory project and we must be aware of some details regarding WiFi. We will highly
appreciate your assistance in helping us to get the following information:
2.4 GHz:
- What are the IEEE 802.11 standards for 2.4 GHz band in your country?
- Channels Allowed for 2.4 GHz band
- Maximum Transmit Power (Radio Tx + Antenna Gain = EIRP) for 2.4 GHz band
- Is 2.4 GHz band allowed for both Indoor and outdoor?
5 GHz
- What are the IEEE 802.11 standards for 5 GHz band?
- Channels Allowed for 5 GHz band
- Maximum Transmit Power (Radio Tx + Antenna Gain = EIRP) for 5 GHz band
- Is 5 GHz band allowed for both Indoor and outdoor?
- Channel bandwidth for 5 GHz band
- What are the requirements for DFS and TPC for 5 GHz band?
Thank you very much for your great assistance.
Have a very nice day.
Best regards,
2
