In Estonia it is allowed to use 13,4 GHz – 14 GHz for Radiodetermination Applications as long as e.i.r.p. is up to 25
mW and equipment is made according to:
CEPT/ERC/REC 70-03 (annex 6)
EN 60950-1
EN 50385
EN 301 489-1
EN 301 489-3
EN 300 440-2
Unfortunately regulation and annex for Radiodetermination Applications are only available in Estonian:

I would like to know if Estonia has authorized the band 13.4 - 14 GHz for Radiodetermination Applications, as
reported on ERC/REC 70-03 Annex 6 sub band k (EN 300 440), since my company has developed a Short Range
Device which use that frequency band.
