This year, it is the privilege of the Supreme Court of Estonia to host our colleagues from Latvia and Lithuania. Unfortunately, as you are well aware, there are many uncertainties and restrictions regarding traveling and organizing intemational meetings due to the spread of coronavirus. Taking in consideration these difficult circumstances I would like to propose postponing this year's meeting to May or June 2021. Your feedback on the aforementioned proposal is appreciated. I sincerely hope that the situation will get better and by then we are able to convene in person to reflect on the practices of our courts during the emergency situation.
