Thank you very much for your reply and information.
According to the list of approved cabin crew training organisations I can see that Flybe Ltd is allowed to
provide such training and issue attestations. Unfortunately there is no contact information for this
company. Do you happen to know who to contact regarding cabin crew attestations?

Subject: Transfer of cabin crew attestation
Dear Sir/Madam,
Estonian Civil Aviation Administration has received an application from a cabin crew attestation holder to
transfer her UK Part-CC attestation to Estonia. The competent authority for this attestation is UK CAA
and the attestation itself has been issued by AOC holder Flybe.
We kindly request information whether this organisation has been approved to issue cabin crew
attestations by UK CAA. Furthermore, we kindly request contact details (e-mail address) of the
organisation’s respective person in order to verify the authencity of the above-mentioned attestation.
If you are not dealing with cabin crew attestations, please kindly advise us or alternatively forward our e-
mail to a respective department.
