1. Lisame numbriloale 20 000 numbrit, et tasutud riigilõiv saaks ära kasutatud;
2. Esitate enamtasutud riigilõivu tagastamise taotluse ja tagastame Teie ettevõttele
1750 €. Numbriloale lisame siis 10 000 numbrit.
Lisan kirjale riigilõivu tagastamise taotluse vormi. Kui otsustate riigilõivu tagastamise
kasuks, tuleb taotlus täita, digitaalselt allkirjastada ja saata e-posti aadressile
[email protected] .

The Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory
Authority (ECPTRA) informs you that in compliance with the
decision of November 05, 2019 it is decided to grant a numbering
authorisation No NLN19/5481 for using communications service
within the territory of Estonia, which grants the right to use and
arrange the use of 1000 (one thousand) telephone numbers in
compliance with conditions established by Electronic
Communications Act, legal acts established on the basis thereof
and other legal acts valid in the Estonian Republic, to the
undertaking Narayana OÜ, with the business identity code
12779661.
The numbering authorisation is issued for one year. Validity period
is from November 05, 2019 until November 04, 2020.
You are added as a user of the Numbering Management Database
(NMD). For entering the database please use the ID-card, mobile-
ID or smart-ID. You can find the database at https://nba.ttja.ee/.
At first please accept the numbering authorisation No.
NLN19/5481 at NMD. For booking the numbers please use the
NSPC (national signalling point code) 0000. After concluding a
contract with your telephone operator, the code will be changed.
For the extension of the validity of numbering authorisation please
submit to ECPTRA an application for the extension of numbering
authorisation at latest 20 days before the end of validity and pay
an appropriate State fee. The NMD sends you two reminder notes
(two and one month) before expiration of your authorisation.
