The Estonian administration has no objections to coordination of the frequency assignments to
the following Russian Federation VHF/FM stations:
PSKOV 90.3 MHz (ADD)
SANKT PETERBURG 94.1 MHz (MOD)
only under condition with additional e.r.p. reduction
to 39.8 dBW (-1.0 dB) in sector 250º
for protection of Estonian VHF/FM station SILLAMÄE 94.2 MHz
SANKT PETERBURG 94.5 MHz (MOD)
with other technical characteristics as indicated in your attachment file.
